The operation of a Quality Management System (QMS) meeting the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 is fundamental to achieving this.
All aspects of our organisation which have an impact on Quality are documented and controlled and records maintained.
We continually review the QMS including this Quality Policy to ensure that we comply with requirements and make improvements to the system. We are committed to Continual Improvement of our processes, products and level of service.
Objectives to maintain or improve Quality are established by Senior Management and reviewed at regular intervals through the Management Review Meetings. The focus of these objectives is Customer Satisfaction and Continual Improvement.
This policy is communicated to the workforce, in order to ensure that it is understood at all levels of the organisation, by issuing each employee with a copy of the current policy on the commencement of their employment with the company. When the policy is changed after a review every employee is issued with an updated copy. The current policy is displayed in the reception area of the company’s offices.
