Coatings

Calcarb supply a range of coatings that offer additional protection against process erosion in the hot zone.

Calcoat:	Standard graphite paint, inhibits dusting by sealing all coated surfaces, offers a limited erosion resistance.
Calcoat "M":	Matt finish graphite paint, produces additional erosion resistance to insulation parts.
Calcoat CVD:	Dense erosion resistance coating applied by CVD process, applied to all finished surfaces of machined parts, offers additional erosion protection and impregnation from process vapours.
Calfoil:	Graphite foil bonded to surface of Insulation parts, offers good erosion resistance. Available in thickness: 0.35mm - 0.75mm - 1.00mm
